Rising Phoenix Tang Soo Do is located in Old Mill Plaza on Bus. Rt. 209 in Sciota, PA. We are dedicated to teaching traditional Tang Soo Do, a Korean Martial Art. All of our classes are taught by internationally certified Black Belt instructors with the World Tang Soo Do Association.
